Awards Reception
The Annual AVS awards reception, held on Wednesday evening during the Symposium, is truly the highlight of the meeting for a vast number of AVS members.


5K Run
The annual AVS 5-K Run is a perennial favorite of the serious and not-so-serious AVS runners and walkers. Sponsor may also provide giveaways to be included in runners’ registration packets.


Companion Program
Help provide a warm welcome and a comfortable place for people to interact during the AVS Symposium. Many AVS attendees and companions join for breakfast and afternoon tea in the Companion Lounge


Email Pavilion
AVS provides e-mail service to its attendees in the exhibit hall. The popular e-mail pavilion, consisting of 15 computers, will enable attendees to send and retrieve e-mail. This is guaranteed to attract heavy traffic and provide excellent exposure for the sponsoring company.


Exhibit Hall Reception
The opening reception to be held in the exhibit hall on Monday night, is one of the best-attended AVS events. With special signs and announcements recognizing your company for its support, it’s a "can’t miss" opportunity for you to reach your target market.


Job Information Forum
A special session on Tuesday providing lunch and presentations for job seekers on ways to improve on their efforts in finding or changing jobs.


Job Center
Whether your company is trying to attract the very best applicants or just trying to enhance your company image, the Premium Sponsorship will enhance your visibility on site. The AVS Job Center facilitates contact and networking between AVS job seekers and employers.


Message Center
A very useful service allowing all attendees to communicate with their colleagues while attending the Symposium. It is a very useful service located in the high traffic areas of the Symposium, thereby providing high visibility for any sponsorship organizations, as signage would be posted to announce your support of this service.


Student Mixer
Be a Special part of the Monday night AVS Student Mixer, which brings together students and post-docs to foster career-enhancing friendships. The Student Mixer Sponsor will receive recognition by announcement during the event


Coffee Breaks
We’ll provide the refreshment items such as coffee and snacks. Your company can provide napkins or cups with your company logo. Everyone comes for the free coffee, let your company be there too.


Poster Session Refreshments
All Poster Sessions will be held in the Exhibit Hall adjacent to the AVS Show. Coffee and Refreshment breaks will be located in the Exhibit Hall lounge areas. There will be poster sessions on Monday and Tuesday. Refreshments will be placed in a central location convenient to all poster session and show attendees.
