Topical Conference Endorsement & Sponsorship

Learn About the Benefits of AVS Topical Conference Endorsement or Sponsorship and How to Apply

Ideal for conferences seeking promotional opportunities.

Endorsement Benefits:

Publicity: Approved events receive promotion through the AVS Events Calendar, newsletters, and targeted e-blasts to the AVS community.

Endorsement Requirements:

Conference Report: Organizers must submit a brief report within one month of the event summarizing its success, key technologies and their impact, and any special events or exhibits to support future promotion.

Attendee List & AVS Membership Fee: A few weeks after the event, organizers must submit an electronic attendee list to AVS. If a $15 one-year AVS Silver Membership was offered to non-members, an invoice will be issued based on this list, and Technical Library access begins once payment is processed.

Literature Display Table: AVS literature must be displayed at or near registration to promote AVS benefits and related conferences. Shipping details must be provided at least one month before the event.
