The AVS Mid-Atlantic chapter is pleased to announce its 2026 April meeting at Jefferson Lab. We'll have a vendor fair, student posters, and a lunch meeting with Dr. Adam Duzik of Jefferson Lab speaking.
We will meet on April 9 (10:30 AM -2:00 PM) in CEBAF Center Lobby at Jefferson Lab, 12000 Jefferson Ave, Newport News, VA.
We are seeking student poster presenters in the areas of interest to AVS including materials and surface science, electronic materials, magnetic interfaces, thin films and vacuum technology. There are prizes for best graduate and undergraduate poster entries.
Registration deadline is April 1.
